CANCELLATION, LATE, AND REFUND POLICY

Clients that are 15 minutes late without calling will be canceled and charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation fee must be paid before rescheduling.

  •  No call, no show clients will forfeit their appointment, and the full-service price will be charged. If the client has already paid for full service, the client will be charged a $50.00 fee. Payment is required before scheduling the next appointment.

  •  If client doesn't pay the $50.00 fee for cancellation, they will forfeit remaining appointments, if they’re in a current package.

  • Clients that cancel less than 72 hours prior to service, will be charged a $50.00 fee. Payment is required before rescheduling.

  • All products & services, or packages are NON- REFUNDABLE 

  • We will cancel all services when there is inclement weather that is unsafe for travel. If we cancel, the client will be scheduled at the next available appointment. 

  • If client is an in-home care client, and the specialist arrives at your home, and there is no answer, client will be given a 15-minute grace period.  If client still does not answer, client will be charged a $100.00 fee and forfeit current session. Fee must be paid before next visit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue any service if a client presents themselves in an unprofessional, hostile, or disruptive manner. In such cases, no refund will be issued, the service charge will be forfeited, and the client will no longer be permitted to return for future services.
